Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 4pm and check out is by 11am.
Tariff
Rates are per night for bed and breakfast in any of our
rooms and are based on two people sharing. Rates for single occupancy are
as 2nd night rates, available Sunday to Thursday. Discounted
rates may be available for longer stays, depending on availability.
Glastonbury Festival, Bath & West Show, Easter,
Christmas and New Year are charged at £130 per night per room, with no 2nd
night or single occupancy discounts.

Dinner reservations
Due to the popularity of our restaurant it is advisable
to book weekend dinner tables, if required, at the time of booking the
room. During the week dinner tables may be reserved at breakfast time.
Dinner may be pre-arranged when booking a room for a Sunday evening at 7pm,
(when the restaurant is closed to non-residents) closing by 9pm, but dinner
is not available on Mondays.
Deposits & Cancellation Policy
A deposit equivalent to the accommodation cost of the
first night of the booking will be taken by debit or credit card on
booking. This is refundable if the booking is cancelled more than
forty-eight hours before the commencement of the booking. If a booking is
cancelled within forty-eight hours of commencement the deposit will not be
refunded. If your booked stay is shortened for any reason once commenced
the accommodation cost of the whole stay is chargeable.
Final bills are to be paid by cash or card on
departure.
Smoking
The Pilgrims is strictly non-smoking, in line with UK
legislation. Smoking in the rooms will incur a £100 cleaning charge as well
as any statutory fines which may be legally imposed.
Children
We regret that we are unable to accommodate children
under the age of fourteen, over fourteen, children may be accommodated in a
separate room at the standard rate.
Pets
No pets are allowed.
Liabilities
Our liability to you is limited to the price of your
booking, other than for death or injury caused by our negligence, and in no
circumstances will we be liable for any indirect costs. You agree to pay us
on demand any amount reasonably required to make good any damage or loss you
may cause to us or our property.
